Membrane Sweep and bloody mucus

So I had a sweep done at around 1pm today. I was told to expect cramping and some spotting. I lost what appears to be part of my "bloody show" but pretty sure the blood is due to cervix being checked and swept. Anyone else have a sweep and then have bloody mucus like this afterwards and eventually go into labor soon? 39 +3, 70% effaced and 4cm dilated. Having a few stronger contractions here and there but nothing consistent yet.

What are your thoughts?
