Miscarrige maybe ?

Hey ladies so I found out I was pregnant June 28 . My last menstrual cycle was May 8.

Of course as soon as I found out I contacted my gynaecologist and

Yesterday I went for a visit and told her I took a pregnancy test so we did an ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound and nothing showed up , so we did a blood test to confirm if I’m pregnant or not. I had my blood taken then 2 hours later we get the results back and she told me I was pregnant 3 weeks and 2 days and we made an appointment on Friday for another check up. The same day after my visit I started bleeding heavily with clots so surely I rushed back to my gynaecologist and I asked her if it could of been because of the vaginal ultrasound she told me it’s possible.. but then she prescribed me Duphaston .. it’s been 2 days since I’ve been bleeding did I miscarry? Also this is my first pregnancy.
