Trying to find hope...

Went for a sneak peak abdominal ultrasound today and was told my baby is measuring around 6 weeks and they couldn’t find a heart beat.

I have pcos and had a positive ovulation strip on May 31st.

June 7th my blood hcg was negative

June 12th I had my first positive pregnancy test

The ultrasound tech said that it was possible that I implanted later than expected.. but I was thinking my baby should be around 7 weeks and 5 days today.

Anybody ever had something like this happen and it ended up being fine or am I probably miscarrying?
