Irregular Cycle

My cycle has been crazy. I haven’t been regular in almost a year, so my last cycle was lighter and only 2 days instead of the normal 3. Then 3 days later I spotted a tiny bit, and then 2 days later ( today ) I have had symptoms like Aunt Flo is about to come. My back has been hurting and I have had a headache almost every day. I’m worried that I am deep into being perimenopause.
