16 and pregnant ?

I have been with my boyfriend for 2 years and we’ve been having sex for a year now. We have never done it without a condom and he always pulls out. We stopped having sex for about 6 months, and last Tuesday (July 2) we had sex with a condom. I was on the last day of my period. I ovulated (or what seems like ovulation) on saturday night. I started getting the cm that was slimy and clear. I’m freaking out so bad because I’m scared that I could be pregnant. I’m scared if something on the outside of the condom like precum. My period is supposed to come in 2 weeks and I’m just so scared that it’ll be late or never come. I know I shouldn’t be having sex at this age or if i’m not ready for the consequences. I won’t be having sex anymore because it’s very stressful. Do any of you have any advice? I really need it to calm down ): , and Yes. I will be getting on birth control soon.

I started having sex around 15-16 with my boyfriend too. I was constantly worried about getting pregnant, but with safe practices like the use of condoms, I didn’t. I did go on birth control pills and eventually the IUD. If you guys practice safe sex and are knowledgeable (which it seems like you are), you aren’t very likely to get pregnant right now. Also, you can’t always tell if you’ve ovulated just by your cm, so it’s possible that you didn’t ovulate when you thought you did. I’m sure you’re okay😊

i’m 17, and i experiences the same thing this past year with my boyfriend. i sat him down and talked about having sex less and more than five days before or after ovulation. he also makes sure to always have a condom and pull out with the protection. since talking to him my period has been late by one or two days maybe twice. before i was so stressed it would be a week late most months. i feel so much better after communication!

The odds of you getting pregnant from having sex the last day of your period are slim to none. With a regular 28 day cycle youd ovulate CD14, and assuming you had a 7 day period (had sex on CD7) it would be near impossible even if you had unprotected sex to become pregnant from that. 
Seems like you've used a condom, so you wouldnt be pregnant.

I think you're good honey. The cm you're seeing is fertile cm meaning you're now ovulating. Any time you have clear-eggwhite cm that's you're fertile window so try not to be sexually active during that time and CONTINUE USING CONDOMS TILL YOU'RE MARRIED AND READY for that kind of life changing commitment.

Same thing here girl!! Every time we had sex I would freak myself out and my period skipped a whole month!! I genuinely thought I had gotten pregnant and have never been more scared in my life but tests were all showing negative and we always use condoms. It finally came and I am now on birth control which calms my nerves just because I know it is way less likely now. I really recommend getting on it just so that you can relax after having sex! I’m in the same boat as you girl. Trust me you’re just overthinking but listen to the facts. You had sex the last day of your period which is an unlikely time to ovulate. Also you used an unbroken condom which you used the whole time. You were smart. You are thinking smart and safe, getting in bc will be even more safe and might make you also feel better. Taking a break is good is this causes you lots of anxiety and you feel like that is going to be best for you. You are not pregnant and just overthinking and you have to realize you are overthinking because that will help. :)
