TMI but I was having horrible stomach cramps and when I sat down on the toilet I got dizzy and the room started spinning. I started getting burning up hot and couldn't cool off. Finally I passed a super thick dump. Is this normal from the iron pill?

Iron can definitely make you constipated so I think yes.
