First Prenatal Appt Need Family History?

Hey ladies, I have my first prenatal appointment today. We haven’t told family yet (7weeks). I’m getting worried I won’t have all the family history prepared without talking to everyone! Should I have told them all sooner to ask about this stuff? I wanted to wait at least until first ultrasound.

They are not as extensive as you think they are. If someone in your family has something they ask you about you would most likely know.

They basically ask if there are any birth defects, downs, mental retardation. Nothing too in-depth.

They just asked if anyone in my immediate or one generation extended was born with a genetic disorder. You'd probably know.
