Baby still doesn’t roll?

Anyone else’s baby not roll yet? The farthest he will go is on his side he looks like he’s almost about to roll from back to tummy but he’s so lazy and gives up. Anything I can do to help him roll? I try doing tummy time and most of the time he just lays there and rubs his face on the floor. Or he try’s to scoot to whatever toy I put in front of him. But he just doesn’t seem that interested in it yet.
