I need help getting my life together! 😭😿

Hey! I need some advice from you lovely ladies. I just quit a well paying job I hated to go work at a bakery that I thought I would love, and the owner seemed really nice so I went all in. Well two days time I've had the owner lie to my face twice about really stupid things and apparently they take the tips I earn and they give us what they think we deserve out of them and call it a bonus. That all seems way out of line and not what I want for myself at this point in my life, but I have no idea what to do now. I have a Bachelor's degree in fine art but that apparently won't get me anything where I live.

So please any advice would be appreciated! I'm so frustrated and uncertain of my future or what to do x.x
