Need some advice I’ve got a little boy who’s 2 already, and me and my partner have been trying dora baby for a while and today I found out I’m pregnant, but I found out when I was 20weeks with my son so I’m not sure what I do know I’m 3-4 weeks and also any tips on needle fears like I’m literally petrified of them ???
