Yeast Infection...... HELP?!

I have a yeast infection from taking antibiotics. So I was prescribed Diflucan, took the pill, and it’s now 3 days later, symptoms are the same. Also, I’m allergic to monistat so that’s not an option. Found that out the hard way. This is unbearable. 😩

So help your girl out. Tips welcome!

Do I need to “clean out” every so often or just let nature run its course?

Is there any old remedies anyone knows of?

What can stop the itching?!
