Advice please ??

Okay so please don’t judge me because I already feel terrible about this which is why I’m looking for advice... I’ve been in a relationship for a month now. One day my friend (now gf) told me while at her house that I’ve been her crush for a long time and long story short things got heated that night. Just a week later on our graduation day she came to my house with flowers and asked me out... I love her and our bond but I just think we’ve moved too fast and I don’t know about my feelings for her anymore. I’m not trying to hurt her, especially since she’s been having family problems. What should I do ?😭
