Help with morning sickness😷

I'm almost 8 weeks and stay neasous all day. Usually puke 2 -4 times a day. All I've heard is eat small meals and ginger snaps and ginger ale. The problem is, I'm allergic to ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, all that. Are there any alternatives to help calm a stomach other then those things or saltine crackers?
