Help!!

Help! Ftm here! I am currently 38.4. I lost my mucus plug over a week ago!!! I know it can regenerate & really means nothing, however these past 3/4 days ive been having what i think are really bad bh contractions with a dull burning ache in my lower back. They usually last 3-4 hours & then go away just to come back a couple hours later😞 i am soooo confused & tired! The pain coming & going doesnt let me sleep!! At my last dr's app at 37.5 my dr said i was fingertip dialted & my bbys head was really low?? Any experience like this? Would i still go past my due date?? (July 21)
