Early Pregnancy Symptoms
I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my first child. This is all very new and overwhelming for me. I started to be nauseous yesterday afternoon and this has continued all night, this morning I have had 2 bouts of diarrhea and I am very worried something could be wrong. Any advice please? Is this normal and okay?
