Big rant

A family friend came to visit in the U.K. to have her baby and she will return back to her home country when baby is a month old.

Her baby is due same time as mine however she has not bought a car seat to take baby home and I’m worried she may ask to borrow mine.

Am I being horrible for not wanting to lend my car seat for her to bring baby home? I will need the car seat for my own baby, plus I had borrowed her a car seat to use for her first child years ago, I never got it back she may have taken it back to her own country.

She is from a well to do family am not sure why she hasn’t purchased her own car seat or even a Moses basket.
