I bought it and asked for my money back. I bought the bundle for $100. Everything on there, she posts daily on her Instagram. Things I already knew.. wake windows, swaddle, dream feed ect. I decided to do my own thing. I have a very fussy girl so her techniques are not easy to follow for me. Do what works for you.

I bought it when j was 35 weeks pregnant and honestly every tip she gives in the short videos you pay for she also gives the same tips on her instagram I feel like I paid a lot of money for like 5 20 minute videos to learn how to swaddle 🤦‍♀️ and how to use a sound machine 🤦‍♀️ and how to get baby into a routine of eat play sleep

I bought it at 10 weeks old and feel like I didn't get too much out of it, like it was almost too late even though she says it's not. It honestly stressed me out and made me feel horrible because I couldn't get her techniques to work and I felt like a failure. I think it will help with the next baby but for now my husband and I just decided to do what works for us and be okay with that. We had a hard hard hard time because she nurses to sleep and she did NOT want to break up eating and sleeping like Cara wants you to.

i thought it was worth the money 🤷🏻‍♀️we purchased when my LO was about 6-8 weeks and since then she has been sleeping through the night and we have more structure she is currently 15 weeks
