What type of dress is this?

I know the picture isn't the greatest, but my partner really loves this dress on me which helps boost my confidence a bit. So I'm trying to find more similar (less party like - can't see it but the top half is covered in sequins and sparkly bits) but I'm having no luck because I don't know what to search for 🤦‍♀️ it's the skirt bit that I want similar, the tight skirt with the wavy mesh bit over top.
