Unsure of the discharge- 14w1d

I've been reading about pregnancy leukorrhea in the second trimester but I'm unsure if this is normal. I miscarried my first early on so these symptoms are new to me. I had some spotting early on in the pregnancy but baby has been fine during all my ultrasounds. This new discharge doesnt happen all day every day, it's only happened a few times over the last week. I'm concerned because it isnt watery like people say it usually is but it also doesnt smell or itch (sorry tmi). I'll include a picture (sorry its tmi too). I would really appreciate any and all advice
