Could this be the start of something here?
4am I get up to pee, wipe and noticed little dots of bright red blood on the TP (small as a grain of sand) so I wipe again thinking my mind was playing tricks on me and sure enough there was more little specs of blood. What is this? Should I call dr? 39w and c section is Wednesday
