Is it still possible to be pregnant?

I am 10 DPO and I got a negative this morning :(. I have been having cramps (mild) 4 days now (hopefully implantation🤞🏽). Is it possible to cramp that long? Also, My  had a feeling that ran from the side of my boobs yesterday and then my nipple were sore, not bad but they felt different and I never feel that. 
Although I am 10 DPO and still getting negatives is it still possible to be pregnant? Has anyone went through similar things? Or gotten a late BFP?

I am also 10DPO today and got a negative. I am following this for info. Hopefully both of us are just too early still 🤞

I’m in the same boat- my back has been killing me and I’ve been having cramps- not my normal AF symptoms but still testing negative. Hopefully in 2 days we see something !
