im almost 7 weeks pregnant and i was wondering if it would be ok or hurtful to the pregnancy if i ate twang beer song but just a little at time?

I ate quiet a bit of it in my first trimester, I haven't since but my baby is healthy!

Is it just salt and artificial flavors? I don't get what the issue is unless you already have high blood pressure or something.
