Ovulating or about to or not ovulating

The same test had one line only yesterday, I know the manual says this is negative but I am wondering if this is an indication that I may get positive tomorrow. Asking AS we are planning IUI this month and have to notify clinic but they dont accept natural IUI over the weekends which would mean we will miss the window due to abstinence at home and also miss clinical IUI process thereby missing this cycle completely.
