Male infertility biopsy

Looking for success stories or just any stories in this situation.

Found out in September husband had 2 sperm analysis that showed a zero count.

Started going to a urologist in January and still a zero count in June after being on HCG injections for 4 months.

Genetics is normal and now doing hCG more frequently . He said if it's still zero in June we will do a biopsy.

Anyone done this?! Hormones seem good. I'm just praying at some point he can be fixed 😥😥

I also wondered why we arent doing an ultrasound first.
