Help me!

So, I'm on the Mirena IUD, and have had semi-regular periods, with my normal Cycle Length being around 45 days. This cycle started August 3, and is now on day 60. I'm feeling quite pregnant... I have very swollen and sore breasts, dizziness, fatigue, food aversions and cravings, nausea, moodiness, bloating, cramps, etc. About 3 weeks ago I took a hpt, and it was negative. Repeated about 1 week ago. Today, I felt that my cervical position is high, soft, and closed. I'm going crazy trying to figure this out!! Advice??? 😡
