Bug bite??

I have had this bite on the back of my leg since about Monday. I thought it was a mosquito bite but I noticed it was kind of burning and would sort of sting if something rubbed it. It’s itchy but only around the redness and the leg it is on is currently aching from below my knee all the way to my ankle ( its right in the middle of my calf). Anyone ever get a bite like this/ seen a bite like this?
