Pregnancy Symptoms

According to my app I'm 6 wks & due around 5/21, last week I had severe breast tenderness & was supper tired this week nothing & I was peeing like a mad woman. Yesterday I had some day sickness but other than that I feel normal. Anyone else feeling normal? (Had first prenatal appt but they weren't able to do an ultrasound 😔 so I'm just concerned since I feel so normal) ((also this is my first pregnancy & we haven't told anyone that we're pregnant so I don't have anyone to bounce things off of))
