Bleeding!!! Please read & talk to me

I'm 5 wkks & I've been told over & over things seem fine & I'm getting my levels checked again tomorrow. But I CANT HELP FREAK OUT. I'm so stressed out. I have 2 other children & never bleed at all. & now I'm spotting not a lot barely enough to get on the toilet paper but idk what to do with myself. I do not want to life this baby! Please tell me some of your stories & how u were. I need something to calm me down 😢😢😢😢😢
