Career advice?

Guys I’m having a really tough time trying to figure out what I want as far as my career goes. I have a 9 month old daughter and time with her means a lot to me. But I feel like being more valued in my career is also important.

I have a company that is trying to recruit me, I would make quite a bit more money and have a higher title, but my current job is extremely flexible and I only work maybe 25-30 hours a week and leave when my work is done.

My options:

1. Stay where I’m at, have the flexibility and freedom to get more time with my daughter and family. Have a lower salary. (We pay minimal money for my SIL to watch daughter now, this isn’t a permanent solution as she will be going back to school next year)

2. Take the new job and title, higher salary, work 40 hours. (We could afford a higher class daycare.)

3. Attempt to negotiate with the new job- lower title/salary but have more flexibility and option to work remotely when necessary?

( I will say that currently we live fairly comfortably, yes more money will always make things easier, but it’s not like we are really struggling or anything. )

I know this is a decision that I ultimately have to make but I’m just hoping someone has some advice maybe to help with my decision.

What would you do? What is more important to you?
