Need help urgently!

I'm very certain I love girls. I have only had a sexual relation with one lady (which of course was kept secret). Dated few guys but have never had any sexual relations with them as I have not had any urge to go that far with them and I am 29.

The main problem now is that my country has strong anti-gay rules. And my family members are strong homophobes. I feel I am living a lie. Sexually, I know my preference, but to pursue it will be the death of me.

I am so tired of living this lie! I really need help urgently because if I continue to live this way, in this country, I will be destroyed bit by bit till there is nothing left.
