Cramping & still pregnant?

Has anyone ever cramped and thought it was AF but you were actually pregnant?

I had a HSG & D&C done June 18 (CD2). I had tubes flushed, endometrial polyp, & cyst off of my right ovary removed. My periods were pretty intense along with cramping before & during. I also take clomid (7 month) and estriol CD10-15.

I started cramping 9DPO and my cramps have come and gone. They have been continuous but they are VERY mild. I can’t tell if it’s from removing everything or if this could finally be my month. I’ll test tomorrow but can’t before my AF is due.
