Exsplodin Ovaries

Sometimes when having sex with my BF or when I’m flying solo it feels as though I’m hitting my ovaries (some times one sometimes double)

The feeling itself is like that of when you have a headache and you get waves of heat/ pain that come over you but condensed in to your ovaries.

Anyway I was wondering if any one else experienced this and if some one might know how to prevent it? I’ve tried switching position, pushing down on the area and slowing down though nothing works once it starts.
