sore throat relief
so i hate going to the doctor unless i’m super bad but i’ve has a really sore throat for two days now. i sleep with my mouth open that helps none, but i can’t help. i read that heat killing the germs and will help, also read that steam helps. should i do either of these? i’ve also got numbing spray. what do you guys use/do? lmk 😩
