Boyfriend advice

Hey girls, so my boyfriend and I have been having some issues, I just can’t be affectionate towards him and have a connection with him because he treats me like I’m just his friend and makes me feel bad about how many guys I’ve been with (called me a “walking std” as a joke he reckons) he gets mad that I don’t wanna cuddle and kiss him because he shows no emotional side or even supports me. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and whenever I cry all he says is “don’t cry” I get nothing from him but all he wants is to have sex and touch me but treat me like a friend. 😢 I just feel alone all the time because I don’t get any support from him at all. And I get sick of him so easily...
