Castor oil packs
Has anyone tried castor oil packs? My cousin suggested then to me and while she doesn't have pcos, she did have trouble conceiving after her first miscarriage. After doing some research it seems to help with a lot of things. Im currently doing one, but wondered if anyone else has had noticeable results after a few sessions.
