Sex before trigger?
I know the recommendation is sex day of trigger, and 2-3 days after. We had sex at 11am-ish and I triggered at 6pm. Is that okay that I bd before trigger and not after? My husband got a headache and took niquil and zonked out for the night. 🙄
I’m just nervous because this is the first time I’m triggering and I know timing is everything!
