Weight loss help

I’m doing a 14 days no sugar challenge ok it’s a start for me I’ve always tried different diets but I’m excited and nervous but so on board!! Especially bc my husband is joining me ! I need some ideas on healthy meal ideas! I’m a bit nervous for the whole eating healthy! I need ideas for all 3 meals! Or if anyone has helpful tips I’m open to whatever besides Keto nothing wrong with that just not my thing!

I googled some food ideas but need more examples for bfast especially
