Fasting?

Does anyone else fast or do any crazy diet? I'm doing intermittent fasting and was wondering if anyone else has tried it?

Okay, i wasn't looking for negative comments saying it doesn't work and its not good. My boyfriend knows what hes talking about. I was just looking to see if anyone else does it or does like a no carb diet. I still eat 3 meals a day just at a different time. I extend my fasting longer than everyone else because we fast while we sleep and thats when you lose weight. I just want positive advice, nothing negative please👍
