Subchorionic haematoma? (Blood clot behind placenta)

Hi ladies,

I'm 8w2d with second bub and my ultrasound a couple days ago showed I have a small subchorionic haematoma/blood clot behind my placenta. I haven't had any bleeding so far (TOUCH WOOD), but doc said that I might have some in the coming weeks. She said it could heal on it's own without any trouble or it could rupture...

I was just wanting to know if anybody else has had one of these and what your experience was? Did it heal on it's own? Did you bleed? Was your baby okay?

I've had three miscarriages before my daughter, and I even had spotting with her in the first trimester, so I guess I was in a false sense of security having not had any bleeding yet with this one. Now I know theres a clot that could burst at any moment, my anxiety is high again 😫 any tips on avoiding a rupture??
