Help I’m worried

Can someone please help me I never had a miscarriage but Basically yesterday I wiped yesterday was light pink blood okay went to the er they did a Pap smear and my hcg which rose all the way to 1300 and I’m 5 weeks 1 day today....they also did both ultrasounds and they did find the gas sac and said it implanted correctly so when I went to the hospital yesterday I pee and blood was in the toilet but I’m not bleeding anymore I just have bad gas and a pain in my side but that’s it does this mean my baby still alive jus I could have a possible miscarriage like what do I do what’s happening someone help me out I hope not 😕 my dr apt is Thursday
