Back Muscle Spasm at 6 weeks

Maria • Mon, Jul 15 • Diagnosed with PCOS, trying to conceive with treatment. So far two chemicals and one blighted ovum later diagnosed as a molar pregnancy. 👼🏼👼🏼👼🏼 praying for my miracle 🌈👶🏻.

I woke up this morning with really bad nausea. I ended up vomiting and when I did I think I pulled something. I have terrible lower back pain that feels like a muscle spasm and I can barely move. Should I be concerned? Has this happened to anyone else?
