Sore nipples for 10 days

I have had sore nipples for 10 days now. I have PCOS so my cycles are almost non-existent to very irregular. I took provera and a round of Clomid this month. I am on CD 35 and have had sore nipples since CD25. I have also been super emotional and feeling depressed. So tired and don’t want to get out of bed in the morning.

Negative pregnancy tests. I’m so confused!

Did anyone have sore nipples and end up pregnant? If so, how late did you get a positive. Any help would be so appreciated.
