Weird question.

I had sex September 17th and 21st. Went to the hospital September 22nd and they did a preg test and it was negative. My boobs are hurting and haven't hurt this long before. I'm not sure when I ovulated but is it possible I could be pregnant if I had a blood test done last tuesday? This maybe a weird question or a no brainer but I'm not sure on it.
