The Infertile Friend

I have 4 best friends. Two are married, stay at home moms, they have babies. The other two friends are single, working ladies.

I’m somewhere in between. Married, working full time, but can’t get pregnant.

My two single friends go out and go on little vacations together. I get why I’m not invited. It would be an odd thing to feel like they have to invite my husband. They probably also feel like since I’m married along with my two other friends, they are there own little single group and I’ve in a sense “moved on” from single life. Which I get.

I don’t fit in with the moms either. I’m just that infertile friend stuck in the middle.
