OK so frustrated with my sister

A little while ago I posted about not being able to make it for the dinners my mom and sister had planned for her graduation. Both were planned for late in the evening and one was over an hour out of town. With my baby, that just wasn't possible. And one of the days she had chosen to celebrate was on Fathers day (my husband's first), which was a family day. Anyways, even after the big fight that ensued when I declined her invitation, I still sent her flowers and a card from my family. I had said we would take her out for lunch to celebrate, which was apparently not good enough.

Now I'm being told off because I didn't call her to say congratulations, and I'm told that the card and flowers weren't good enough, and in my sisters words "I HATE flowers" and she said she wanted something else. She has not thanked me for them, but expects me to call her up and congratulate her again. I feel like she's so rude and I refuse to call her and talk to her because she refuses to say thank you for the flowers we got her. Obviously there's more going on, and I definitely feel like she's never grown up and seems to think the world revolves around her. Am I wrong to be so angry?
