Hoping I can’t post here due to being on clomid??

So basically.. I’m on my second month of clomid for secondary infertility no male factor issues. Couple of cysts but not enough for PCOS (had this 11years ago 3 babies since) this would be for baby no.4 (I’m extremely blessed for what I already have 😍) cycle day 13 follicle scan showed 10 small follicles none leading. Gynae rescanned on July 1st cycle day 17 and again none leading follicle advised clomid failed this month and I was to expect a period within 7 days (no period has arrived 💪🏼) Gynae then prescribed metformin 1tab daily first week 2tab daily 2nd week 3tab daily third week. Just started my 2daily tab Sunday due to a delay in the prescription, today I’ve had these ovulation tests. Am I finally ovulating? Is this a hormone glitch due to cysts? What is going on?

It is not uncommon for me to have 40/50 day cycles..
