Questions about FET Cycle/timing

Can someone help me get an idea of what monitoring/appointments are involved from cycle day 1? Retrieval is done. Originally a fresh transfer was planned, but my 1 embryo was put on ice on day 6. I haven’t been briefed on the sequence of events for FET. Trying to get advance info from my clinic is like pulling teeth.

My husband and I are *trying* to plan our 1st anniversary weekend trip (that involves purchasing some event tickets). That weekend (Aug 1-4) falls at my predicted ovulation time. Is this the worst timing ever?

My projected cycle calendar is shown. Should be fairly accurate. When should I expect to be called in for appointments for BW and/or monitoring?
