Baby wanting bottle after feeding

My baby came home from NICU yesterday and she was on TPN, and has been feeding at the bottle for 2 week. 5 days ago we started breast feeding. She will latch quickly and suck for about 10 min on each breast and get them moderately soft. After she does this she roots all over the breast but WILL NOT LATCH. She cries. Give her a bottle after that and she’s happy. I pump after and still have 1 or 2oz in each breast. I’m so discouraged. I have no idea why she wouldn’t just relatch . Any advice?
