Please help

Ok so I’m 16 and my bf is 17 and about a week or so ago things got heated! My question is can pre-cum/cum on fingers get you pregnant he says there was nothing on them but my period was supposed to start the 11th and it’s now the 15th I’m really nervous and scared I took a test and it came out negative could I still be pregnant or is my period delayed because I’m stressing about it too much please help
