I’m super worried was at the ER 2 nights ago and they told me they could not find the baby sac which I had a positive blood test but not positive Pee test am i too early to find the sack or am I having a tubal pregnancy like they think I have an appointment with my OB/GYN tomorrow at 3:30 to find out please pray!!!
